01How far can I really go on one charge?+
Manufacturer claims are up to 130 km for the Fox 350, 70 km for the one-battery N3, and 85 km for the one-battery Evo. Our planner reduces these by 25%, then keeps a further 20% battery reserve. Hills, a passenger, speed, weather, and battery condition can reduce range further. Always check your actual battery level.
02What comes with my rental?+
A helmet, the scooter’s compatible charging equipment, and an SPKLU adapter are included. We explain the controls and charging process at handover. Confirm helmet size and the exact battery configuration before your trip.
03Can I charge at my villa or hotel?+
Use the supplied charger with a suitable grounded outlet, with the property’s permission. Charge in a dry, ventilated location and follow the charger instructions. Full-charge estimates are around 4 hours for the Fox 350 and single-battery N3, and 4.5 hours for the single-battery Evo.
04Does the adapter work at every SPKLU?+
No. The included adapter is for compatible AC facilities only and must be used with the correct scooter charger. It does not make the scooter compatible with CCS2 or CHAdeMO DC fast chargers. Check the connector, operator access, and price before you go.
05Is electric always cheaper than a petrol scooter?+
Electricity can cost less per kilometre, but the total also depends on rental rates, distance, and where you charge. Our calculator shows both energy-only savings and a rental-inclusive comparison using editable illustrative assumptions. Public charging or a higher rental price can change the result.
06How do I arrange a rental?+
Choose a scooter and build a rental request with your dates and pickup area. All scooters have a three-day minimum rental. Availability is confirmed by our team. Your booking is confirmed only after the rental team accepts your request; no payment or reservation is made on this site.
